Exchange, Returns, Refunds

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  The styles should be returned in the same condition as when received: unwashed, not used and with the original tag attached. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please note we dont offer any exchange on customized orders.

We accept returned items within 7 days following the delivery of your order.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To return your product for exchange, please write to us at info@ruchisoni.in.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

While shipping your item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale and discounted Items

Sale items and discounted items are final sale with no exception. If you used a discount code of any sort, the item is considered final sale.

 


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Cancellations

All our orders are confirmed on call before moving ahead with the production. You have 24 hours after the order is placed to cancel it. If you intend to cancel the order once it is in production, we would neither be able to give you a refund nor will we be able to issue store credit.
